What a great day we had today with Aunty Jo visiting Sar, Jem & Zoe. It was fun to celebrate Christmas and Zoe's birthday with presents, yummy food, lots of fresh air, playing on the slide, trampoline and generally getting up to mischief (I think I might have taught Zoe a few new things to do......mmmm Tupperware!!!). Our New Years resolution is to visit more in 2009! xxx
We had such a fantastic Christmas this year....It started Christmas Eve at Grandpa's house in Sunbury for dinner. We then woke up early on Christmas morning and had lots of fun opening presents (especially a talking present called Elmo). We then headed to Nanna and Grandpa's house for breakfast and presents with Auntie Laura, Uncle Dan & Auntie Beth. I had a snooze in the car on the way back to Sunbury for presents and the traditional Christmas lunch at Grandma and Pa's with all of the Woods Clan...Boy do I LOVE turkey and Christmas Pud with custard!!! After a fun afternoon putting together the trampoline that Grandpa bought for Clover, Amabel & Me, we tested it out (so did the mums and dads!!!). It was time for another snooze in the car on the way home (just to drop some presents off!!) before heading to Great Nanna's house for a delicious dinner (mmmm more turkey) and a few more presents with cousins, aunties, uncles and dad's family......What a great time we had...luckily Christmas only comes once a year!
Just giving mum a hand to unpack the groceries, and seeing what I might be able to eat along the way......
I love re-decorating the house. I push any piece of movable furniture around as far as it will go (usually when I hit a wall!!) and leave a path of destruction. My latest thing is moving my table around from one end of the house to the other......
Last Saturday mum and dad freaked me out!!!!! They went to Kelly's 40th birthday and boy did they look strange......I tried to disown dad, as he was totally strange....mum was a little more funny!!!! Anyway here's some snaps of their night- the theme was RED for anyone that didn't guess!!!
Today we caught up with all my friends from mum's group to celebrate us all turning ONE and also Christmas. It was a great day with lots of food, fun and presents....we even had Santa turn up!! Happy Birthday to all my buddies- Maddie, Marlee, Cath, Bella, Owen, Rowie, Maya & Konnie! And a very Merry Christmas xxx
Well 111 blog entries and 12 months later I have finally made it to the ripe old age of ONE!! Mum and Dad put on an afternoon tea party to celebrate with all my family and friends. I was very spoilt with lots of great gifts which I started opening later that evening (that was lots of fun- although the paper was more enthralling than the actual presents). Mum had her first attempt at making a kids birthday cake, and it turned out great- an OWL!! I guess she's got a lot to live up to over the years now!!! So thanks to everyone for their birthday wishes and making my first year the best ever......Love Will xxx
